Nature’s Sunshine Valerian

Valerian is your go to herb if you can’t sleep, you have anxiety, migraines, or depression.

After WWII, Valerian was used in Europe to treat soldiers suffering with stress.

You can take Valerian as a supplement. Click here to order.

You can make a tincture by combining 1/4 of the jar with Valerian root and pour enough alcohol (80 to 90 proof vodka) to cover your jar. Store tincture in a cool and dark place for 8 weeks. Shake weekly. Once ready separate the Valerian root from the liquid. Discard the Valerian root. Take the tincture 45 minutes before bedtime. Place 10 drops in tea or water.

You can use the Valerian fresh leaves and add them to your salad.
